Suraj Oyewale
CEO, Bsc Economics (Ife), MBA (Edinburgh), FCA, ACTI.
Suraj was a Senior Manager in the Energy, Utility and Resources practice of PwC Nigeria. He has a wealth of experience in the Nigerian oil and gas industry, cutting across downstream, midstream and upstream sub divisions of the industry.
He was also the manager-champion of ESG at PwC Tax division.
Suraj has written or contributed to several publications on the energy industry, including on the Petroleum Industry Act. He has also advised various oil and gas companies and investors on taxation of petroleum activities in Nigeria. Prior to joining PwC, Suraj worked for 14 years in the oil and gas industry in companies like Oando Plc, Seven Energy International Limited, and Savannah Energy Plc.
Suraj holds a first class degree in Economics from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria and an MBA from the Edinburgh Business School of the Heriot-Watt University, United Kingdom. He is also a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).

Peter Okediya is an energy policy and sustainable finance professional with a background in Law and Finance and experience in regulatory compliance in corporate and consultancy environments. He was the founder of Energy Brief.
He was the founder of Energy Brief, an information services platform for the energy sector educating his wide audience. His expertise is based on deep understanding of climate finance, environmental impact assessment, climate risk advisory and ESG due diligence.
